Having experienced a turbulent early history, Burn Stewart Distillers has brought success and stability to it in the modern era. It currently produces a standard non-peated spirit and a peated malt.
A malt distillery in Speyside that distilled its first spirit on Christmas day in 1887 and has remained family-owned by William Grant & Sons ever since.
The company was the first to make a single malt brand its flagship product and Glenfiddich was also the first distillery to open to the public.
