A historic Japanese whisky company, originally founded as Torii Shoten in 1899. It was renamed Kotobukiya in 1921, and again to Suntory after its flagship whisky brand in 1963.
It has since become one of the world’s largest spirits multinationals and was renamed Suntory Holdings Ltd in 2009.
