An outstanding Highland single malt whisky matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks; A special single malt.

Hand-selected casks from the world’s finest bodegas and wineries are expertly curated to create a premium, sumptuous and layered scotch of legendary finesse.

This Dalmore whisky begins with aromas of citrus fruits, chocolate and aromatic spices; On the palate it offers Seville oranges, dried fruits and hints of vanilla pod; With finishing notes of roasted coffee and dark chocolate.
The whisky is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and then transferred into the finest Sherry casks, some of which have previously held rare and aged Oloroso Sherry.

 

A sherry wood matured 12 year old from macallan, a superbly balanced affair, one of the best of its age group. Deliciously smooth with rich dried fruits and sherry, balanced with wood smoke and spice. There are notes of hot pastries and marmalade, sultanas and peels with a developing sweetness from the barley sugar.

The Macallan 12 Year Old Sherry Oak Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky – A dram to be enjoyed with friends.

The original 100% sherry seasoned Macallan. Shaped and influenced by a predominance of sherry seasoned Spanish oak casks this is an intensely and powerfully rich single malt with dried fruits and wood spice character.
