A personalised blended whisky which was created to honour the retirement of Andrew Dewar-Durie of Allied Distillers on 30th November 1999.
A subsidiary of the multinational French drinks giant, Pernod Ricard, obtained through the acquisition of Allied Domecq in 2005.
It was established in 1987 as the UK spirits division of Allied Lyons following their takeover of Hiram Walker-Gooderham & Worts and its interests in Scotland.
