Refined in old oak casks for 2 years, our fruity brandy drink highlights the fruitiness of the eau de vie and promotes a smoother mouthfeel. We also distill our young fruity cider aged 1-3 months for a fresher and cleaner taste. This thorough process lessens the tannins and allows the apples to shine in our drink.
