A malt distillery in the Highland region of Scotland and part of the Scotch whisky holdings of Diageo.

Presented at 57.5% ABV, this is a big, bold Clynelish single malt Scotch whisky that was launched for Diageo's Special Releases 2023.

Matured solely within American oak bourbon casks for a decade, this has all the honeyed, waxy qualities you want from the Highland distillery's spirit.

Isle of Harris, Hearach Batch No. HE 00003 23 | 2764!

From the rugged Isle of Harris, Hearach whisky embodies the wild spirit of the Scottish Highlands. This single malt is crafted in small batches, utilizing traditional methods and water sourced directly from the island’s peatlands.

Expect a rich, smoky character with notes of heather honey, brine, and a subtle spice – a true taste of its coastal origin. Hearach delivers a warming finish, reminiscent of a crackling peat fire and the salty sea air.

The first ever single malt brand to be produced on the Isle of Harris in the Scottish Outer Hebrides.

It is produced at the Isle of Harris distillery, which laid down its first single malt spirit in 2015.

The first bottlings were then launched on 22nd September 2023.

Talisker Select Reserve Game of Thrones / House Greyjoy | 2779!

Talisker Select Reserve - Game of Thrones House Greyjoy BACKA sea-faring people, House Greyjoy rule over the Iron Islands and worship the Drowned God. The Ironborn live and breathe the sea, making their fortune amidst salt and smoke.

With the sweat of their brows and the strength of their backs the Greyjoys have forged their place amongst the great Houses of Westeros, feeding their people and surviving on the desolate Iron Islands. They pay the Iron Price to succeed.

On the shores of one of the most remote and rugged Islands in Scotland, the Isle of Skye, lies Talisker Distillery.

Its wave-beaten shores imbue its whisky with Talisker’s signature maritime character. An intense, smoky single malt, with spicy and sweet notes, whose maritime edge makes this the perfect whisky to represent House Greyjoy.

Golden copper in colour, this Talisker is aged in heavily charred, ex-bourbon American oak casks for a truly unique character. The nose is typical of the distillery, with dry peppery smoke and dark chocolate tones.

The palate explodes with flavours of salted caramel and chili flakes, with a subtle background of peppery smoke. The long finish brings sweet fruitcake notes and a lasting hint of heather.

Ardbeg Scorch Feis Ile | 2798!

Since its establishment in 1815, The Ardbeg distillery has been on a tumultuous rollercoaster ride of ownership changes, closures, and reopening. Stability was only achieved relatively recently, when the ailing distillery was purchased in 1997 by industry giants, Glenmorangie.

The subsequent years have seen the distillery’s popularity swell, with fans enticed by the signature style of tarry, sooty smoke, balanced against citric sweetness and an oily mouthfeel.

While Ardbeg still retains its distinctive personality, it has definitely been influenced by Glenmorangie’s propensity for experimenting with cask finishing, and (dare we say it) NAS expressions.

After the disappointment of 2020’s cancelled Whisky festival, hopes were sky high for Feis. Unfortunately, COVID had it’s own plans, and the festivities had to be shelved for another year.

Ardbeg came through, and lifted their heads above the parapet. Releasing the bottle they had prepared for the Feis, and thankfully we got a tasty dram to console ourselves with. Inspired by local folk tales of monsters and dragons, the Scorch has been aged in fiercely charred American Bourbon oak casks.

Glenmorangie Sherry Wood Finish | 2826!

A fantastic no-age-statement Sherry Wood Finish Glenmorangie single malt that was bottled in the late 20th century.

Bottled and imported for the Italian market by Martini & Rossi of Turin, this old style release is a dying breed.

This whisky was matured for American oak casks for "at least" 12 years before being finished in Sherry butts.

This is a prime example of how the whisky is able to mature to produce a beautiful sherried whisky which is light and floral.

A now discontinued bottle, these bottles are becoming somewhat a rarity nowadays.

The Kilkerran 16 Year Old | 2831!

This debut Kilkerran 16-year-old release features 96% bourbon casks and 4% Marsala casks in the vatting.

Kilkerran finally reaches 16 years old, this whisky was distilled in the birth (or should we say re-birth) year of the distillery in 2004.

We've enjoyed watching the spirit slowly advance in years, the 12 year old was exceptionally stunning so this one is sure to be a cracker as well. All matured in bourbon casks and bottled at 46%.
