Glen Grant is one of the world's best-known Speyside malt distilleries, opened in 1840 by brothers John and James Grant, and was a huge facility for its time. Its size only increased exponentially over time, first in the hands of John's son, John "The Major" Grant (who also built the short-lived Caperdonich next-door), and twice expanded in the 1970s following the merger with The Glenlivet Distillers and its subsequent takeover by Seagram Company. Expecting the green valleys of home, they found a desert. Times were difficult, but miners dug irrigation trenches and the settlers traded with the local Tehuelche people. Today Patagonia has 50,000 Welsh descendants, 5000 Welsh speakers and holds annual Eisteddfodau. ‘Little Wales beyond Wales...’ Nose: Sweet, floral and perfumed. Bowmore is a distillery that produces scotch whisky on the isle of Islay, an island of the Inner Hebrides.
Each of the three editions of the Aston Martin Series features a different car. This 15 year old expression features the 1972 AM V8; symbolising a definitive chapter of signature styling.
