A sherry wood matured 12 year old from macallan, a superbly balanced affair, one of the best of its age group. Deliciously smooth with rich dried fruits and sherry, balanced with wood smoke and spice. There are notes of hot pastries and marmalade, sultanas and peels with a developing sweetness from the barley sugar.

The most challenging path reveals the most breathtaking views. Inspired by an eternally evolving landscape, The Lakes Signature is the culmination of a flavour exploration like no other.
