Holy Distillery 2018 Single Cask #52 For International Connoisseur Society Taiwan | 2142!

Founded in Yingge, New Taipei City in 2016 by Alex Chang, Alex started making whisky with a stainless steel still at the end of Christmas in 2016.

He experimented using different grains including malted barley, Taiwanese rice and American corn as well as different yeasts, to brew various types of new sprits and then age them in several types of oak barrels.

At the end of 2018, a copper steam-heated hybrid still with a capacity of 1,000 liters was purchased. In addition to whiskies ,

Holy Distillery also uses Taiwanese sugar cane and cane sugar to make rum and limited-edition plum wines. In May 2022, Holy Valor Gin was also launched.
