Founded in 1824, The Macallan is one of Scotland’s most iconic distilleries, renowned for its unwavering dedication to craftsmanship and quality.

Located in the heart of Speyside, the distillery has been producing single malt Scotch whisky for over two centuries, gaining a global reputation for its rich, full-bodied style. The Macallan is particularly famous for its use of sherry-seasoned oak casks, which impart unique flavours and a deep, amber hue to the whisky.

The 2021-release of Macallan Classic Cut has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and American oak ex-sherry casks, creating a fruity, gingery character.

Aromas of orange zest, fresh vanilla, ginger and marzipan fill the nose, complemented by notes of fresh oak, gingerbread, vanilla custard, cinnamon and ginger throughout the palate.
