A Speyside malt distillery constructed by Distillers Company on the grounds of Glenlossie in 1971.

Its primary purpose is the provision of fillings for Diageo blends and its single malt is rarely officially bottled, although commonly found from independent bottlers.

A mythical bottle of Mannochmore single malt here! Well, it’s not actually mythical, it’s totally real, we’re looking at it right now – but it was independently bottled by the folklore-loving-gang at Fable and we were trying to keep on the storytelling theme…

Anyway, this one was distilled in May 2009 and allowed to rest in a single hogshead cask until June 2021 – that’s a dozen years of maturation right there. A delightful and completely real classic Speysider.
