Peat smoke and spice with clove, heather and dried fruit notes, wafts of wood smoke and a touch of pepper
A blend of Single Malt whiskies distilled on the islands of Scotland which have gone through a double maturation process
To enhance the characteristics we love in coastal malts, the casks used for secondary maturation were first fill ex-Bourbon barrels with toasted virign European oak heads to provide additional smoky spice
Best drunk neat or over ice, but can also be used as the base for delicious mixed drinks
