This competition introduces a “low cost, low ticket concept” with a unique element called the **”insurance bottle.”** Its primary goal is to ensure more people win whisky prizes every week.
Here’s a breakdown of how it operates:
* **Eligibility for the Insurance Bottle:** Only participants who have purchased a ticket for the competition *and* have not already won a “main prize” on that draw day are eligible for the insurance bottle draw. This excludes winners of “Buyer Bottle” and “Free Entry Into” prizes.
* **What if you win a main prize?** If you’ve won a main prize but also have tickets in the insurance competition, your tickets for the insurance draw will be automatically **refunded** to your wallet. You can then use these refunded funds for future draws.
This setup seems designed to offer a win-win scenario, either by providing an extra chance to win for those who haven’t yet, or by refunding tickets to main prize winners.
TOMATIN – Highland Heritage in Every Drop
From grain to glass, Tomatin has become known for taking whisky lovers on a distinctive journey of age and cask maturations, each one bursting with flavour and unique characteristics.
Nestled in the Scottish Highlands, Tomatin Distillery exemplifies the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Scotch Whisky. We are honoured to have been recognised by the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC) as Scotch Whisky Producer of the Year 2022 and Outstanding Spirits Producer of the Year 2022.
Tomatin The Sherry Collection
The Sherry Collection exhibits the unique influence imparted by different types of Sherry casks on the Tomatin spirit in an exceptional showcase. This collection consists of three different expressions finished in Manzanilla, Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximénez Sherry butts, each one selected to highlight the exceptional flavours these casks bring to our treasured Single Malt.
