Right you are, whisky-loving folk, though for a brief five week period in the spring of 2000, the stills were relighted and this wonderful liquid was produced! After it was distilled, the spirit was matured in bourbon and Amoroso Oloroso sherry cask. The whisky remained in these casks for 18 years, before it was bottled in 2019 at 45% ABV.
Part of Glen Moray's series celebrating Scotland's historic Highland Regiments, this 16-year-old Speyside single malt is finished in Chenin Blanc white wine barrels.
