Since Sir Alexander Ramsay established the distillery in 1824 we’ve been going to extraordinary lengths to capture the purest expression of our whisky’s character. Located in the foothills of Scotland’s Cairngorms we don’t just use crystal clear mountain water as an ingredient, we drench our still with it, cooling the copper so only the finest vapors rise. 

Matured for 22 years in American ex-bourbon casks, the perfect maturation partner for the tropical distillery character derived from our unique copper cooling ring distillation process.

Nose:

Spiced pear, caramelized orange and coffee, tempered by licorice that then makes way to morello cherry, plum and treacle. 

Bottled at 47% ABV
