LIMITED EDITION: Game of Thrones Set X 12 + 100 Instant Wins | 1601!

In celebration of the critically-acclaimed TV series Game of Thrones, They first teamed up with HBO in 2018 to release a limited-edition collection of eight Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, each paired with one of the iconic Houses of Westeros, as well as the Night’s Watch.

Now, to honour the story’s dramatic conclusion, a ninth and final bottling joins the collection. Six Kingdoms – Mortlach Single Malt Scotch Whisky Aged 15 Years pays tribute to the three-eyed raven and the fate of Westeros, whose long-held Seven Kingdoms ultimately became six.

The ninth release in Diageo’s Game of Thrones Collection, Six Kingdoms is a 15-year-old Mortlach single malt,

matured in a combination of first-fill oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon casks.

Oban Bay Reserve 43% | The Night’s Watch

The Oban distillery sits beneath the steep cliff that overlooks the bay in the frontier between the west Highlands and the Islands of Scotland, separating land and sea, just as Castle Black sits between Westeros and the lands beyond The Wall.

Rich notes of cherry pie and candied orange peel open up on the palate that drifts into a wonderful crème caramel and a wisp of charred oak

Dalwhinnie Winter’s Frost 43% | House Stark 

Dalwhinnie single malt pledging its allegiance to House Stark. Produced at the highest altitude working distillery in Scotland,

it is light gold and bright on appearance and has been slowly matured in 100% ex-Bourbon casks.

Cardhu Gold Reserve 40% | House Targaryen

One of the most resilient houses in the Seven Kingdoms, House Targaryen have survived a lot of trials and tribulations, often with the help of their fire-breathing dragons.

The strength of will and fierce, unwavering determination of House Targaryen allowed Daenerys Targaryen to walk through fire and emerge at the head of the greatest army the known world has ever seen.

The whisky’s rich golden colour is accompanied by soft honey aromas with just a hint of toasted oak. Take a sip and you’re greeted by apple pie flavours, sweet baked fruit and buttery cinnamon

Clynelish Reserve 51.2% | House Tyrell

House Tyrell of Highgarden, rulers of the Reach, are used to lush green scenery, echoed in the green pastures and rolling hills surrounding Clynelish Distillery. A House known best for their wealth and their emblem – the golden rose

This light-gold Scotch initially offers fresh fruit flavours – such as mango and pineapple – before slipping into rich, sweet vanilla notes. It finishes with sweet, maritime notes that mingle with the light floral flavours which warm and build throughout, leaving the signature sweet Clynelish waxiness behind

Royal Lochnagar 12 Year Old 40% | House Baratheon

Prince albert awarded Lochnager its royal warrant in 1848 after visiting from the nearby Balmoral Castle. Royal Lochnager is used notably in the famous Johnnie Walker blends.

The nose is oaky with notes of honeyed oats and cream. On palate is spicy yet soft. Burnt caramel, ginger and vanilla combine for a delightful taste. The finish is fully of oats, fresh hay and honey. Very delightful stuff!

Lagavulin 9 Year Old 46% | House Lannister

One of the oldest, and richest, dynasties in the Seven Kingdoms, House Lannister will do anything to retain its power and influence over the Iron Throne. Their ferocious intent is aptly represented by the clawing lion of House Lannister’s banner which demonstrates that.

Lagavulin 9 Year Old is a roaring single malt that leaves an intensely smoky flavour in every sip. The golden liquid recalls the Lannisters’ riches and comes from being exclusively matured in first fill ex-Bourbon casks. The nose is characteristic of Lagavulin and bursts with sweet smoke, with a slightly zestier, maritime scent

Talisker Select Reserve 45.8% | House Greyjoy

House Greyjoy rules the Iron Islands and worships the Drowned God. Talisker was a natural pair for House Greyjoy as this single malt is distilled on the shores of the Isle of Skye, one of the most remote and rugged areas of Scotland.

The layered flavours and signature maritime character of Talisker Select Reserve are the result of its wave-battered shores. This liquid is an intense smoky single malt scotch with spicy, powerful and sweet elements combined with maritime flavours.

Johnnie Walker | White Walker 41.7%

At the heart of the blend are single malts from Cardhu and Clynelish, one of Scotland’s most northern distilleries. This whisky is chill-filtered to 1.5°C and best served cold directly from the freezer.

It features notes of caramelised sugar and vanilla, fresh red berries with a touch of orchard fruit. This whisky develops in complexity as it warms to room temperature.

Johnnie Walker | A Song Of Ice 40.2%

Johnnie Walker A Song of Ice features single malts from the Clynelish distillery in northern Scotland and emanates a crisp, clean taste that is reminiscent of the unrelenting force of ice that shapes mountains and stops rivers.

The new blend has an ABV of 40.2% and the bottle design evokes an icy setting with frosted blue and gray colors inspired by the North, known for its cold winters and frozen landscapes.

Johnnie Walker | A Song Of Fire 40.8%

Inspired by the flaming dragons of House Targaryen, Johnnie Walker A Song of Fire is a full-bodied scotch that’s subtly spiced and imparts long, lingering smoky flavours from the peated malts.

Wrapped into a breath-taking fiery red bottle, it also features golden sparks and a fire-breathing dragon from House Targaryen. With a searing ABV of 40.8%, this limited-edition Scotch Whisky is a perfect collectible for those who want to rule the seven kingdoms.
