Charity event. Purchasers can use the donation for their taxes as we wont be.  Competition Will be drawn on the 31st of March and as it is for charity if tickets sell out we will increase ticket limits. We kindly ask that all of our members resist the urge of using site credit for this competition. As all proceeds are going directly to The Haven!

The Haven is an award-winning Scottish charity, formed in 2002 to improve the overall quality of life for adults, children & young people, families, and carers affected by a life-limiting illness and bereavement to live life positively and with hope.
We provide practical, emotional, wellbeing and bereavement support to individuals, carers and families.

All services are free and delivered online, by telephone, or in person by pre-booked appointments. Individuals, families, friends, and carers can access services without the need for medical referral and can self-referral themselves for support.

We support the whole family, the person living with the illness as well as their carer, children and young people and wider family members.
Our Specialist Team of Haven Nurses, Co-ordinators, and Wellbeing Practitioners provide compassionate, uplifting, and supportive services to help enhance and strengthen the resilience and wellbeing of our clients by giving the time and space needed to explore any
concerns when a loved one is seriously ill or has died.

This support complements medical treatment provided through statutory services. We know that everyone will have a different experience with illness and our aim is to alleviate the physical and emotional distress by supporting clients and their families to live life positively with hope by providing information and support at all stages of illness. The Haven supports people across the whole of Lanarkshire and beyond. We support people from ages 6 years to 80+ years old.

All Haven services are free, completely confidential and available on a self-referral basis.

Royal Salute was created in 1953 to celebrate the coronation of HRH Queen Elizabeth II. A powerful, sophisticated and opulent blend, aged for a minimum of 21 years, this Scotch whisky is named for the tradition of the 21 Gun Salute that is fired at the Tower of London for Royal celebrations

The name titled for this exceptional blended scotch whisky derives from the 21 Gun Royal Salute, which is fired as a mark of respect for powerful dignitaries. This Chivas Royal Salute Blended Scotch Whisky has been aged for 21 years in oak casks before carefully bottled and beautifully presented in handcrafted porcelain flagons.

The length of time allocated for the scotch whisky ageing process provides an added depth and complexities to the flavour, elegantly blending to create the smooth and silkiness signature to Chivas Regal. The Royal Salute Blended Scotch Whisky range of Chivas Regal is curated by careful selection of rare and mature malt and grain whiskies, with the aim of creating a rich and round luxurious taste.

The packaging itself of the whisky’s flagons are meticulously handcrafted and each bottle requires 5 to 6 days to produce. This beautifully blended scotch whisky is scupted in Cornish clay, naturally air dried and is completed with a smooth double layer glazing.

Taste: Full, deep fruity flavours with a subtle smokiness. The first taste of Royal Salute brings the subtleties of the nose to life. Sumptuous sweet orange marmalade flavours infused with fresh pears burst across the tongue. The second taste brings in a rich medley of spices and a nuttiness of hazelnuts that have a mouth-filling intensity and then the final warmth from hints of masculine smokiness.

Nose: Rich, fruity aromas and sweet fragrance of autumn flowers. Powerful aromas of sweet pears and citrus fruits are balanced with the full fragrance of autumn flowers. Elegant aromas of sweet vanilla and a dry oakiness are enhanced with subtle notes of sherry and smoke
